| The Programme |
The aim of "WorkStep" is to offer support to both the employee and the employer through job coaching and identifying training needs; by acquiring nationally recognised qualifications and by applying for, and securing, funding and financial incentives, where appropriate.
The programme aims to secure employment for those participants now deemed 'work ready'. They will have accomplished this either by completing the "Work Preparation" programme, or by possessing the necessary confidence, skills, knowledge, experience and work ethic to enable them to work individually or as part of a team.
